We require 2 weeks in advance notice for bulk orders

Once product arrives you will need to pick up unprocessed boxes from our location.

You are responsible for all processing flower materials, product knowledge, research, care and storage of flowers and greenery.


FLOWER ARRIVAL

One of our staff members will give you a call. We suggest picking up your flowers as soon as they arrive or close to arrival time frame.

ITEM SUBSTITUTION

Flower variety may be limited at times due to seasonal or regional conditions. Please have a second choice available in case we need to substitute your flowers. Color variance may vary at times.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations received after an order has been received in full will not be reimbursed. Keep in mind we order directly from our sources
